Thanks for writing such a powerful, yet simple post!  I come from a very similar point of view.  

There are 2 distinct aspects to any business being successful- the mindset of the entrepreneur &amp; the business &quot;Machine&quot;, in that I would include the strategies, systems &amp; processes that produce/provide a product/service- and informing potential customers that you provide a solution to the problem they have (Marketing) as well as the administrative functions- the paperwork, finances, taxes etc.

I Retweeted the article because not only do I coach entrepreneurs but I am one &amp; I found your post a timely reminder to me to focus.  Particularly on positive outcomes- getting the mindset right is half the battle, without it nothing can be achieved!

Anyone who has set up a business from scratch, and is in the process of doing so will do well to read this article, and to take it on board!
