MLM Leaders–What Does it Really Take to Become a Leader in MLM?

There is no doubt about it– the people making the most money by far in the MLM industry are the ones who are positioning themselves as leaders.

The current wave of MLM leaders have built large followings because they have done what few are willing to do.  People like Jonathan Budd, Katie Freiling, Randy Gage, Mike Dillard, David Wood, Norbert Orlewicz, and Brian Fanale have all made a strong commitment to both their personal development and to their marketing skill development.

These are really the secret keys to becoming a leader yourself in the network marketing industry.  You have to clear your limiting beliefs and become a magnetic and attractive personality in the industry.  This is the inner work that must be done.

At the same time, you must take massive action.  There are 2 components involved here:  Learning and marketing.  Part of action is the continual development of your skills through study and mentoring.  The other part is in actually implementing effective marketing strategies that get you as much exposure in the marketplace as possible.

Every person I mention above has become a master marketer.  They know how to get exposure and build a buzz around their content.  They understand that you have to lead with value; you can’t just go around pitching your business opportunity to everyone who will listen and spamming people on twitter and facebook.  That is the opposite of leadership.

These are all very giving people who really want to see more people succeed in this industry.  People want to work with them because they have built trust and credibility after proving time and again that they are authentic and that they have something valuable to offer other networkers.

If you want to become a leader like these top MLM entrepreneurs, the cool thing is that you can choose to do it right now.  It all starts with an internal choice to let go of feeling like a victim or to holding onto excuses as to why you can’t be, do, or have anything you want.  Your first step toward true leadership happens when you decide that you have something of value to offer others.  It is not just about getting people to join your business.  You are here to help others–and you know how you can do this.

You don’t have to be a marketing expert to be a leader.  You just have to decide that you have some inner strengths that other people need as well.  You need to be confident in the value you have to offer others.  You are a leader when you choose to become a leader.  It really is as simple as that.  When you make this choice, it radiates through your words, your videos, your prospecting…everything.

That is how you can grow your MLM business almost without effort.  It all starts by planting this perception in your mind that you have something of tremendous value to offer this world.
