		<description>Hi Mate,
Very concise writing. When i see my business vision clearly, my mind knows it will easily work, but with my obstacles, patience and persistence are definitely the lacking factor in my assembly i.e. consistent syystems.

<description>This truly reminded me of the time I take to details, I know it pays off long term and its good to read it and feel it from your article. I think anyone on any level can gain some insight with what you have written here, thank you for sharing your thoughts. Also I think the vision is what keeps me going day after day when nothing else does.

		<description>Hi Kevin,

This is the third time in a week I have been reminded of building a team of people around myself. I have a team already. What they lack is the ability to act as a team and it has been quite a source of frustration for me lately. Any time I get a message three times I know I need to listen to it...I got it!!! Thank You!

		<description>Hi Kevin,

Great post. I particularly like the part about systems. After all, this is the 1 key critical skill that McDonalds got right. Many tried to replicate what they did but none created a system quite as good.

Robert Kiyosaki in his books always talks about creating a System, Owning the System and then Selling the System. In other words we should be spending the time creating our own system or simply go find someone who already has a near perfect system and follow theirs.
