Send Out Cards is a network marketing company that specializes in offering greeting and thank you cards using an online interface that makes staying in touch with people easy.

I should say up front that I am not an associate for Sendoutcards, so any information I offer here is unbiased. I do, however, use this product to help market my business so this should give you some sense of how much respect I have for this company.
Sendoutcards is one of my favorite network marketing companies for a few reasons:
1. They offer a truly valuable product– Their service is seriously a MUST HAVE for any serious business owner who wants to go the extra mile and stay in touch with past, current, and prospective customers.
2. They don’t have much competition– Because SOC has enjoyed so much success, there are now other companies trying to duplicate their service, but SOC will always be perceived as the leader in the industry.
3. They have a reasonable price point to join the company– You can get started as an associate for between $3-500, which is pretty darn reasonable to start your own business.
I would say that Sendoutcards is the perfect opportunity if:
- you are a people person-you’re outgoing and you love staying in touch with people
- you have good attention to detail– it takes some time to set up new prospects in the databased; if you’re not detail-oriented this can feel tedious
- you like helping entrepreneurs and marketers succeed in their businesses
Sendoutcards is one of those rare companies where a stand alone product is offered, meaning that many people endorse it even if they aren’t distributors for the company. This is a HUGE factor, as so many of the MLM companies on the market can only succeed due to the multi-level system, which is synonymous with just passing money around in the company without a real regard for the product or service being offered.
A word of caution…
If you want to become a distributor for Sendoutcards, there is one key factor you definitely want to be cautious of, even though this is one of the better companies in the industry. You want to be absolutely clear on the level of marketing training you’ll receive when you join the company.
Your success will come down to your level of marketing skill and knowledge–not your passion for the product or how good the product actually is. You have to remember that everyone gets involved in network marketing thinking they have found the very best opportunity and company to promote, yet 97% will fail within a year and quit the industry.
This is entirely due to poor marketing skills. You have to keep in mind that you need to generate at least 25 leads per day in order to make 6 figures in a company like Sendoutcards. How are you going to do that??
My advice is that you learn how to use the internet to generate leads for your Send out cards business. You can get yourself in front of millions of targeted people every day this way, whereas your warm market will likely dry out very quickly.
If this sounds interesting to you, you can get a lot of free online network marketing training and check out the attraction marketing system I use here.
Good luck in this opportunity; you will do well if you learn the right ways to market the business. This blog has all kinds of great resources to help you do just this. Great post Kevin. I was curious where you pulled the statistic of needing 25 leads per day to make 6 figures a year with Send Out Cards.
I too use SOC heavily in my business, thanking clients, asking for referrals, etc.
I went ahead and chose the entrepreneur package though because their set up is so similar to a multi-tiered affiliate program.
Not making 6 figures yet, but can’t complain about the residual income I am getting with such passive effort. The actual act of sending cards is a viral way of sharing the product with out heavy selling.
Thanks again,
Jarrod

hi Jarrod,
I have heard that statistic used by many of the top leaders in network marketing over the years. Of course, it all depends on how well you follow up with and close your leads, so some can create a lot more success with fewer leads if they have good recruiting skills.
Glad to hear SOC is working well for you!
